(Por favor avisar em caso de atraso, uma vez que n\u00e3o dispomos de rece\u00e7\u00e3o 24h.)<\/li>\n<li>Check-out at\u00e9 \u00e0s 12h00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As reservas ser\u00e3o confirmadas ap\u00f3s confirma\u00e7\u00e3o por email e rece\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento inicial. O restante pagamento dever\u00e1 ser efetuado na data de vencimento acordada. Qualquer reserva que n\u00e3o cumpra estes requisitos poder\u00e1 ser cancelada sem aviso pr\u00e9vio.<\/p>\n<h3>Pol\u00edtica de Pagamento<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>50% do valor total para confirmar a reserva e os restantes 50% dever\u00e3o ser pagos at\u00e9 30 dias antes da chegada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es de Cancelamento<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancelamentos efetuados a mais de 30 dias da chegada \u2013 10% do valor total da reserva \u00e9 n\u00e3o reembols\u00e1vel.
